How To Transfer A Domain From Google Apps
If you got your domain name when signing up for Google Apps, this means that it was registered by Google. However Google itself, as a company, does not provide domain registration services and is using third-party registrars instead. However, you can still transfer your domain out by using the access to the domain controls through Google.
Before the domain can be transferred, it needs to be prepared for the transfer. It must be more than 60 days away from its registration or previous transfer. The registrar lock should be off.
You should also have the domains Auth/EPP code.

Step 1 Identifying the domain registrar of your Google Apps domain
Your domain is likely registered with either GoDaddy, Enom, or Domaindiscount24.Step 2 Unlocking your domain
All domains have a security feature that prevents them from being transferred to another company without authorization. Before you can start the transfer, the domain must be unlocked.
a. If your registrar is GoDaddy
In the Domains section of your Google Admin console, click Advanced DNS Settings. This will take you away from Google and to a GoDaddy login page. Once there, go to the Domain Control Center. Check the domain you wish to transfer, and select Locking above the list of domains. Select Unlock, and click OK.
b. If your registrar is Enom
If your domain is registered with Enom, you may email their support team at , and request them to unlock your domain.
Transfer To Another Account
How do you transfer a domain between two Google accounts? Google have made it easy for their users to move between the sites.
Add Other People To Google Workspace
Once you finish the wizard above, youll see a confirmation that your account was created, as well as a button to Go To Setup. Go ahead and click that button:
If you want to give other people access to your shared Google Workspace account, click Start next to Add people to your Google Workspace account. Then, youll be able to add additional users.
If youre the only person who will use this Google Workspace account, just check the box for I added all user email and click Next:

If you have a lot of users and are only moving a subset of those users, it can be helpful both from an organizational perspective as well as from a security perspective to move the users to a sub-organization. Note that this does not have a direct effect on the users until you make a global change to that sub-organization the names of the organizations dont actually matter, but Ive named them by their domain name for simplicity.
To add a new organization , go to the Users section from the Admin Console. On the left, there should be a Filters sidebar (click on the small filter icon if you dont see it.
Hover over your main organization and click the three dots on the right-hand size, then click Add sub organization. I named the organization example-two.com, after the secondary domain Ive added to the Source account.

Approve The Transfer With Your Previous Registrar
Once you have requested your transfer, Cloudflare will begin processing it. Your previous registrar will email you to confirm your request to transfer. Most registrars will include a link to confirm the transfer request. If you click that link, you can accelerate the transfer operation. If you do not act on the email, the registrar can wait up to five days to process the transfer to Cloudflare. You may also be able to approve the transfer from within your current registrar dashboard.

If you’ve already moved the website to your Bluehost account, you’ll want to update your name servers now to minimize downtime during the transfer otherwise, you’ll have to wait until the transfer is complete. You cannot make DNS changes while the transfer is in progress, so it is important that you do it now.

Your new DNS settings will begin to propagate as soon as you save your changes. Each ISP updates at a different rate, usually taking 24 – 72 hours to complete worldwide. During this time, your emails will be down, and your web traffic will be directed to either the old or new host, depending on the visitor’s ISP.
Pro Tip: If you have services with another provider, you can update your DNS with Bluehost to connect those services and minimize downtime. If you wish to keep DNS management with another provider, do not update your Nameservers – you can update DNS records with your current provider to connect to Bluehost services instead.

Transferring Your Google Drive Files To A New Account
There is an easy way and a hard way to go about transferring all your Google Drive documents between accounts. If youre migrating between two accounts on the same domain the process is super simple. If youre transferring between two accounts on different domains, its a little trickier.
Im transferring between accounts on the same domain: Great! This is the easiest way. Log into your old Google Drive account. Select all the documents you wish to transfer to your new account .
Once the files are selected, right click and add your new accounts email address as a collaborator. Save the changes. Once your new account is a collaborator on all the documents you want to share from your old account, the magic can happen. Right click on the blue pull-down menu next to the entry of your new-account-as-collaborator and select Is owner. Thats it! Youve just transferred ownership of all your documents to your new account.

This might sound hard but its pretty easy to do. We first need to make an empty database.
In Cpanel, look for the Databases section. Well use the MYSQL Databases section first.
- Click MYSQL Databases.
- Under Create New, type a short name for the new domain.
- Next, create a MySQL username. These names are arbitrary but I like to keep them fairly consistent to make identifying them easier. Make a password and click Create User.
- Next, add this user.
- Under Add User to Database, select the username you created in the last step. Select the new one and click Add.
