You must be a global admin to perform these steps.

  • Go to the admin center at .

    To set up rDNS on a BTnet static IP, please email with the following details:

    • Fully Qualified domain name

    To set up rDNS on a BT Business static IP, you can get in touch via the live chat facility, or by filling in the Reverse DNS request form. Both options are available on our Email, computing & hosting contact page. You’ll need to provide the following information:

    • Your BT Business account number and Broadband telephone number .
    • The static IP address you wish to use . This is usually the static IP address you’ve assigned to your mail server. We can do this for up to 8 static IP address. If you require more we’ll need you to provide a technical justification for each rDNS record.
