My Domain Name Registrar Denied My Request Why What Do I Do
There are a few reasons why your request may have been denied.
There could be a discrepancy between your information and that of the domain owner. Alternatively, they cant verify that youre the owner. Make sure your contact information is up to date, and be sure to send what they need from you .

Transfer your domain from GoDaddy to another registrar by using our transfer away checklist. You won’t be able to transfer your domain away if it’s within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer, or if a 60-day lock was applied after updating domain contact information. You’ll need to verify your identify to confirm the transfer if your domain has Domain Protection enabled.
Note: You’ll need to verify your identity if you have domain protection on your domain. We’ll send a verification code automatically if you’ve had 2-step verification enabled in your account for more than 72 hours. If domain name is not renewed before registration expiry date specified in Expiration Date in Whois service, domain delegation will be suspended, domain will have clientHold status and the services using this domain will cease to operate. In this case the Registrant reserves the right to renew registration within blocking period.
If domain name renewal is not paid for during specified period, Registrar starts the deletion procedure. Depending on TLD, deletion procedure can take up to 35 days.
Generally, during the deletion procedure domain may be redeemed and renewed upon Registrant’s request.
The duration of registration blocking period for each TLD is specified in the table:

Transfer A Specific Domain
To transfer a single domain name outside of your management as a reseller, it is necessary for your customer to launch a domain name transfer operation, just as if they were transferring the domain from another registrar.
In preparation for this transfer you should do the following:

Another hurdle you’ll face in moving the website is if your website depends on computer programs that run on yourweb host’s computer to generate a part or the whole of the site’s content.
For example, if your website has forms of any kind, such as a shopping cart, a contact form, or a search engine form,it probably depends on one or more scripts. Blogs are also generated using scripts.
Since you can’t log into your website via FTP or your web host’s control panel, you have basically no way of gettinga copy of those scripts and a copy of any data stored in your web host’sdatabase system,if any. While you may think that it’s a simple matter to use your web browser to save the pages on your existing website, and thencopy those pages to your new web hosting account, you will find that your new site will not function the same way asit did previously if any part of your site depended on scripts. Remove The Transfer Protection For The Domain Name
Log in to your OVHcloud Control Panel and select Web Cloud in the top navigation bar. Click Domain names in the services bar on the left-hand side, then choose the domain name concerned.
On the General information tab you can find the “Protection against domain name transfer” slider button under Security, set to Enabled by default.
You can also refresh the page if it seems to take longer.
