Equip and use Memento Lens on 3 earth kitsune statue in the tower. Everytime you use Memento Lens on earth kitsune statue, button will appear on the wall.

Press all 3 button to open second gate, the way to underground will open.

Hit cube in the middle 2x and the mechanism near the locked gate will active. Interracting with mechanism will open the locked gate.

Head to the next room and check lower part of the room, you will find locked gate with same mechanism as previous gate. Activate it to open the gate.

Run pass the enemy, straight to teleport waypoint

After the gate opened, run until youve found large area with teleport waypoint inside. You can just skip the enemy and run straight to teleport waypoint.

And now you can activate your teleport waypoint.
