Checking your billing records is probably the easiest, and therefore, the first method you should use. Typically, your domain name registrar is who you bought your domain name from. If you dont remember who that registrar is, try searching your email archives for records regarding your domain name registration . The domain registrar should be listed on your invoice.
Its imperative that you keep your domain registrar up to date regarding changes to your email address and/or contact information. Registrars send renewal notifications to the email address they have listed.

How to Find Someones Email Address for Free?
If your budget is tight, here are three quick ways to find emails for free:
- Clearbit Connect is a Gmail and Outlook add-on that looks for a persons email from a variety of sources as well as their own database .

- RocketReach can quickly find emails for you, especially if your target is fairly high profile. Just sign up for a free account and start email hunting.
Why Doesn’t The Email Finder Return Any Result And How Can It Be Fixed
If the Email Finder can’t find the email address, we recommend verifying the following elements:
- Is the company or organization using the domain name you entered for emails? In some cases, the domain name used for emails is different from the domain name used for the website.
- Is the person you want to contact still in the company or organization?
- Has the person’s name been misspelled?
If the Email Finder still can’t find any result after verifying these elements, a manual search is likely needed.

Verify Your Domain Name With Google Workspace
Next, youll need to verify your domain name with Google Workspace by adding something called a TXT record. Depending on how you have things configured, you can do this at either:

- The place where you registered your domain name

While the Gmail part of this method is 100% free, there are some caveats to this method in that youll need to already have email hosting to make it work. Typically, you would get this through your web host if you have a website.
For example, if you host your website with Bluehost, Bluehost also helps you create your own custom email address as part of its service .

If you still dont know who is hosting your email for your domain name or if you cant do whats listed above, talk to your website host. They should know or be able to help you figure out where the email portion of your domain name is being sent to.
It might be them or it might be at another place but they should be able to tell you.
The email host for a domain name can be on a different server than your website server . Sometimes hosting companies have to move things around to make them work better, so this happens from time to time.
If youre not sure who your website host is or server is, there are a few ways to find out:
- Check your credit card or bank statements who are you paying?
- Check with your website design company they might know.
- Check with your IT support department they should know.
Be creative and do some digging. The answers are out there. Dont give up but just figure the problem out.

Reasons Why You Can Get Into Domain Blacklist
As we all know, you can get your domain blacklisted for repeatedly doing things deemed as spammy, unhygienic, or unusual. Even though different domain blacklists have their criteria on whom to list or not, it could still be narrowed down to several popular things and causes. Here they are:
- Spam complaints. If someone adds you to the spam folder and complains about your email, you will be blacklisted immediately. Those who forget to add an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list in their digital newsletters always fall victim to this cause.

Signs Of Your Email Domain Is Blacklisted
Verify domain blacklisting regularly is crucial. However, how often should you check the blacklist domain? How regular is regular?
It is highly recommended to conduct domain blacklist tests at least twice a month when everything goes smoothly. However, some situations require prompt actions. For example, one of the first signs of getting yourself on the domain blacklist is getting poor responses from your email campaign. These includes:
- a sudden drop in open rates
If you notice something of that, then it is highly recommended to verify domain blacklisting.
