Email service providers and anti-spam groups use fake, or abandoned email addresses as a way to trap spammers .
These addresses wont bounce, because email service providers are purposely keeping them open. Dont get caught in this email marketing equivalent of a police sting operation. You will not win. There are two types of spam traps:

Emails Being Marked As Spam By Outlookcom
They are legitimate emails. One is a sample of a letter I’m going to send to job recruiters. One is a sample of a cover letter in the body and my resume as a PDF. Both going to the spam filter.
I have tried sending to other outlook.com emails as well, and most of the time it’s marked as spam.
My domain uses SPF and DKIM, and I’m sure it’s correct. I’d be willing to provide any part of the header necessary.

How Is Domain Reputation Calculated #

Based on this data, major ISPs use complex algorithms to ultimately score your domain, checking that score when scanning future messages to establish a level a trust. Why Does Mailchimp Care If I Send Spam
When you send a campaign from Mailchimp your email messages are sent from Mailchimps servers using your email address. Should a recipient mark your message as spam then your domain quality is degraded in addition to the quality of the Mailchimp domain. Proper Policy Formation Of The Newsletter

We are using G Suite as a mail provider.
