This first step is to navigate to your cPanel in your hosting account.

Return to Gmail, click the gear icon, then Settings

Click Accounts and Import, then Add another email address in the Send mail as section

Remove Your Old Pop3/imap Account

With all your data transferred and Outlook.com automatically collecting your new emails, you can remove your old POP3 or IMAP account from Outlook and set the Outlook.com mailbox as the main mailbox if it isnt already.
