How To Whitelist An Email In Yahoo Mail

If you want to move a sender or domain name to your whitelist Yahoo Mail, the process is even easier than it is in the other service providers mentioned above.

As long as you have already received at least one message from the address in question, all you have to do is highlight that message in the Bulk folder and mark it as Not Spam. Once you have identified a single message from a given sender, the Yahoo Mail spam filters will automatically allow future messages from the same address into your inbox.

On the other hand, if the person youre attempting to whitelist hasnt yet sent you a message, youll need to go through the following steps to whitelist the address:

How To Search External Emails In Outlook

In Outlook daily working, its common to receive emails from your internal company and emails from external domains. In some cases, you may want to find out all external emails, or distinguish all external emails and internal ones in Outlook. But how? Try below workarounds:

Search external emails within POP email account

If you need to find out all external emails which are not from internal domain within POP email account in Outlook, please do as follows:

1. Shift to the Mail view, and open the specified mail folder where you want to search external emails.

2. Place the cursor into the Instant Search box, and then click Search> From.

And now the search criteria from:Sender Name has been inserted into the Instant Search box. See screenshot:

3. In the Instant Search box, please replace Sender Name with your internal domain, such as , and then add NOT before your internal domain.

Now the search criteria from:Sender Name is changed to . See screenshot:

So far all external emails have been found and listed in the mail list already.

How To Get Email Addresses From A List Of Domains

In Snov.io, you can upload a list of domains or company names and receive a list of emails using Bulk Domain Search. Here are the instructions on how to search for email addresses in bulk:

Step 1. Choose the Bulk Domain Search option in the Find Emails drop-down menu.

Step 2. Choose a list source for the search.

With Kutools for Outlooks Search Sender Domain utility, you can quickly search all emails by a specific sender domain as follows.

T extract the domain from an email address, you can use a formula based on the RIGHT, LEN, and FIND functions. In the generic form above, email represents the email address you are working with. In the example shown, the formula in E4 is:

At the core, this formula extracts characters from the right with the RIGHT function, using FIND and LEN to figure out how many characters to extract. C4 contains the text “”, so LEN returns 17 characters:
LEN// returns 17
FIND locates the “@” character inside the email address “”. The “@” character is the 7th character, so FIND returns 7:
FIND// returns 7
The number 7 is then subtracted from the 17, which is 10. The number 10 is used as the second argument for the RIGHT function, which extracts 10 characters from the email address, starting from the right. The complete formula is evaluated and solved like this:
